This is the full offer document for our community share offer to buy the Coach & Horses. It is the document your investment is based on, so please read it carefully before you apply.
The Investment Memorandum gives a short overview. The Prospectus goes into full detail, including:
- our vision for the pub, and the community evidence behind it
- how the Community Benefit Society works, and what the asset lock protects
- your rights as a member, including one member, one vote, and how interest and withdrawals work
- the business plan and five-year financial forecasts
- the funding plan: what we’re raising, how it will be spent, and what happens if we fall short
- the team behind the bid
- the key risks, and how we plan to manage them
- answers to common questions
- the Share Application Form
You can invest from £250 to £50,000, as an individual aged 16 or over or as an organisation. Apply online here, or complete the application form in the Prospectus and pay by bank transfer or cheque.
The offer is open and closes on 15 November 2026. Your money is held in a separate account and returned in full if the offer doesn’t go ahead.
