- You can invest from £250 to £50,000, across five tiers from Friend to Anchor.
- Every investor becomes a member with one vote, whatever the size of their investment.
- A statutory asset lock means the pub can never be sold for private gain.
- Your money is held in a separate account and returned in full if the offer doesn’t go ahead.
- We’ve applied for SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance. If it’s confirmed, qualifying investors may be able to claim income tax relief.
